Clean small hotel with pleasant staff.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a good area, so close to the main train station and the early bus to the airport. The room was extremely pleasant, with very clean bed and a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. All of the staff members were affable and really helpful. This property met expectation!

Whole place was clean with particularly nice views; perfect and the best location in a very safe area. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel TV in the room, enjoyed that. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were very clean.

The location was odd, it's a pitty.

It was a beautifully decorated hotel in a good area, so close to the food market with cafes, and the metro line. The location was the best and convenient - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We tried some drinks at restaurant Bar Direzionale, located 5 minutes walk away. The service was very good during our stay.

The rooms are silent with a balcony. Nice touch to have an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control.

I appreciated the hotel, it's beautifully designed and the location is magnificent in the center of the city. Had a real good stay here.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with easy access to public transportation options. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed. The rooms were clean and modern, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a 24-hour reception, making check-in and check-out convenient.

Additionally, the bed sheets were of low quality and didn't fit properly, constantly coming untucked. Lastly, there was a strong smell of cleaning products throughout the hotel, which was unpleasant.

I had really nice days staying at this small hotel. Everything in this venue was very good: excellent location and very welcoming staff. The rooms were new-fashioned and recently refurbished, with a balcony. It offered good service and lovely food too.

Location: the hotel was near the metro line straight to Duomo as well as the main Milan train station. Spent a nice evening at Ristorante Friends, located so close to the venue.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location couldn't be better - right next to the train station, making it super convenient to travel around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the night shift staff who gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit and delicious food to try. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and we felt safe with the available safety box. The breakfast offered a great variety and was a fantastic start to the day. All of this at a super affordable price - definitely great value for money!
